We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. 

To return an item, please call us or live chat us for an RMA number.  We'll do our best to make sure your return goes smoothly. 

Please make sure all original packaging is included to avoid a restocking fee etc. 

We're a family owned and operated shop and want to make sure you have the best fiberarts experience possible. 

Once we receive the item, we will review it and issue a store credit or refund. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us.
